What is the maximum size custom signs can you make?
We generally focus on smaller-scale projects, but we’re not afraid to go big. If you have a large or complex project in mind, reach out for a consultation — we’ll be happy to discuss how MCW can make it happen.
What kind of custom signs can you make?
We bring creativity and craftsmanship to every project, using the right mix of materials and methods to match your vision. From wood to plastic, flat designs to fully 3D signage, we’ve got you covered. The only projects we don’t handle are those involving electrical work or large-scale monument signage.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time for custom signage is about 5–10 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time, but we’ll always discuss timelines with you before getting started.
Do I need to supply my artwork?
We require either vector based or high resolution artwork.
Can you help me create the design I want for my custom sign?
No artwork? No problem! Bring us your ideas, and we’ll craft a custom design tailored to your signage needs. If you have artwork to provide, please ensure it’s vector-based or a high-resolution PNG or JPG.
If you opt for a fully custom design, please allow for a slightly longer turnaround time.
When do I make payment?
Full payment is due upon approval of your quote for all custom signage orders. Payment can be made by cash, check, ACH, or credit card, with both in-shop and online options available. If you require different payment terms, please contact us in advance to discuss.
