Any design created in-house is protected by copyright and remains the property of MCW. Artwork created by MCW can only be used for items printed by MCW.

If a copyright release is required, the file will need to be updated and prepared for release. Please submit your request to info@meltdowncreative.com with “Copyright Release” in the subject line. We will then provide an invoice for a small buyout and transfer of ownership.

Color Matching

We always do our very best to match colors based on the artwork being printed. If you require a specific color for your design, please let your representative know from the beginning. Providing Pantone color(s) for your design is highly recommended and works even better.

Due to differences in technology, we cannot guarantee that any color displayed in a mock-up will match 100% to what is actually printed.

Sign Production

Our general production time for sign work is 5 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time.

If you have a deadline or require a rush order, please let us know immediately so we can discuss our services and how we can accommodate your needs.

• 2–4 business day rush: +50% of total order cost

• 1 business day rush: +100% of total order cost (Dependent on material availability)

Screen Printing Production

Our general production time is 10–15 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time.

If you have a deadline or require a rush order, please let us know so we can discuss our services and how we can accommodate your screen printing needs.

• 6–9 business day rush: +30% of total order cost

• 3–5 business day rush: +50% of total order cost

• Under 3 business day rush: +100% of total order cost (Provided garments only)

Acceptance of rush orders is at the sole discretion of MCW and will be decided based upon the current production load.

Promotional Product Production

Our general promotional product production time is 15–20 business days, which excludes shipping time, weekends, and national holidays. General turnaround times are not guaranteed, as certain factors can arise which may add production time.

If you have a deadline or require a rush order, please let us know so we can discuss our services and how we can accommodate your product needs.

Rush fees for promotional products will vary based on the item.

Minimums

Our current minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces. These can be a mix of styles, garments, sizes, and/or colors, as long as the print design is the same.

Other products have different minimums, so please feel free to ask us. As always at Meltdown, the more you order, the more we will discount the final price!

Garment Policy

MCW stands behind the quality of our printing 100%. However, we are not involved in the production or quality control of any of the blank garments we print on.

• If we notice an issue with a garment before printing, we will contact our supplier for a replacement.

• Should replacements alter the project deadline, notice will be given to the customer, who must respond within 1–3 business days. If no response is received, the product will be removed from the invoice.

• We cannot inspect every garment for issues and will accept no responsibility for issues with the garments themselves. This includes shrinkage and/or sewing issues.

• No refunds or reprints will be made for these issues over which we have absolutely no control.

Order Counts

All orders are counted at delivery, on press, and during packing. If you feel that there are items missing, please let us know.

We also have a 5% over or under run policy (so you might receive a few extra items). If you absolutely need an exact piece count, we suggest ordering an increased quantity to accommodate for possible defects.

Provided Merchandise

If you choose to provide your own merchandise to be printed, we ask that you provide only new, unwashed garments for printing.

MCW will not be held responsible under any circumstances for prints that wash out, or a garment that is misprinted or damaged in any way, shape, or form. By bringing your own merchandise for print, you agree to have it printed at your own risk. There will be no reprints or refunds provided by Meltdown for these items.

Returns/Refunds

Our general policy is that once garments or materials have been ordered, no refunds will be issued.

In the case of rare accidents, MCW will reprint or refund any mistakes that affect over 5% of the total number of imprints. We cannot return or redo any items or jobs due to incorrect proportions or sizes requested by the customer, or due to shrinkage.

Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. If you believe you have a claim, please email us at info@meltdowncreative.com.

Payment

MCW requires full payment on all invoices upon approval, before production can begin. Submission of payment confirms that all invoice information is accurate and constitutes approval for production. Any requests for changes are at the discretion of Meltdown’s approval.

We accept the following payment methods:

• In-Store: Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
• Online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Apple Pay or ACH
